Delux Furniture arranges furniture delivery to the destinations available at checkout or agreed in a written quotation.

Delivery charges

Review the delivery charge displayed at checkout or provided in your quotation before confirming your order. Contact us if your destination or delivery requirements are not available online.

Delivery timing and access

Ask our team to confirm the estimated delivery timing for your chosen furniture and destination. Provide a complete address and a working contact number, and tell us about stairs, lift dimensions, narrow access or other delivery requirements.

Receiving your furniture

Check that the furniture can pass through your entrances and reach the intended room. Please inspect the items on arrival and report damage, missing parts or an incorrect delivery promptly with your order details and photographs.

International orders

Contact our team before ordering internationally to confirm delivery arrangements and any customs, duties, taxes or destination-specific costs that may apply.
